By placing an order for transportation via the web form, e-mail, and by phone, you agree that, solely for the purpose of using transportation services, dispatchers and/or the driver may call your phone number in order to report the location of the driver when picking up at the requested address or for the purpose of needing additional information related to the mentioned transport services.
Network access and devices
You are responsible for obtaining data network access to use the Services. Mobile data and messaging charges may apply if you access or use the Services from a wireless device and you are responsible for such charges. You are responsible for obtaining and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Services. Athens Lux Transfer does not guarantee that the Services, or any part thereof, will function on any hardware or device. In addition, the Services are subject to failures and delays inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications.
III. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability; Compensation

Smoking and consumption of food are prohibited in vehicles during transportation. The driver reserves the right to refuse the ride if the user of the transport is intoxicated or otherwise behaving in a way that insults the driver or endangers traffic safety.
The user reserves the right to cancel the ride until the moment he boards the vehicle.
Athens Lux Transfer confirms the correctness of its vehicles in accordance with the regulations of Greece
V. Consumer rights
In case the consumer has a complaint about the service, he can submit it in writing in the following ways:
